I have had the pleasure of cycling with Tina twice.First, I myself had a wonderful half-day trip with wonderful views and a cozy pit stop.After experiencing Tina as a guide, I dared to lure my cycling friends to France and cycle for three days. Tina has arranged three nice and different cycling days with a suitable level of difficulty around Nice. Tina quickly senses the participants and arranges the trip so that everyone has a wonderful experience. Along the way, Tina talks about what we see. It seems like she knows the whole area and was able to quickly navigate around when we had requests along the way. Tina led my daughter and me on some beautiful rides around Nice. She also arranged bike rentals for us even though it was a last minute request during a very busy time of year. And when she heard I owned a Trek Madone, she made it a point to fit Col de la Madone in our itinerary. Tina, it was wonderful to have a local companion who loves to bike and is so patient and kind. We spent a wonderful day with Tina biking from Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer and Cap Ferrat. She tailored the day to our requests and was easy to follow on the hybrid bikes we rented for the day. I really appreciated her fast response to emails. I knew we would be in good hands.

Tina is a patient, kind and inspiring guide.I would chose her to guide me around on bicycle any place, as moving around a destination by bicycle turned out to be the most multi-sensory, active, participatory experience I’ve ever had apart from walking. Great experience with the Lifesparkz team. Tina helped to organize three consecutive days of riding for me, with guides Luca and Roy. I had asked for certain distances on each day as part of a training plan, and both guides came up with amazing routes that included some of the signature climbs along Nice. They were thoughtful, capable riders who set a good pace for me all day, paused in some great photo spots and gave some context and history about the area.

This was our fourth trip with Tina. We used her two times last year and we’re looking forward to using her again. She is the best. Great good conversation. I really enjoyed my ride with Tina to La Turbie and Peille, the view is magnificent and Peille was a nice little mountain village. I would recommend this as a combination of training and sigtseeing: I felt that I had much better opportunity to take in the views on the bike then when previously driving on some of the same roads. I have been in the area many times before, but not cycled in the area before because of the heavy traffic on some of the roads, but the roads picked for the tour were very suitable for cycling and I had a great cycling experience. I also got some good tips for other nice cycling routes in the area.

My second tour with Tina! The first time (2022) we biked from Nice around Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and back, this time was supposed to be some hills around Nice but the weather did not cooperate. However, the roads had dried off enough later in the day in the city to see some Nice views with Tina providing commentary on the history.I need help on hills so I rent an ebike which allows me to easily keep up with her. She is very knowledgeable about the region and a delightful person with whom to spend most of the day or a few hours. She navigates the route with confidence while always checking in to make sure everything is good for me. Her English is fluent. If you are looking for a bike tour I highly recommend Tina!

It was a pleasure riding with Tina. Though I was looking for a Mountain Bike Tour, I did not hesitate to take the road bike tour with her. She was always prompt when responding to emails, giving me all the details of the ride (elevation, route, etc). She was very flexible in managing to meet our needs and went over the board to make our stay an unforgettable one. She knows the area perfectly, she helped us contact the bike shop rental, plus found us a guide for a Mountain Bike Tour. It was an experience I'll never forget. I totally recommend this experience and if you do want a bike tour, make sure to book it with Tina. She is the best!

Myself and 12 friends from the Phoenix Cycling Club in Belfast spent 3 days cycling in Nice with our tour guide Armand. Armand was absolutely brilliant and made sure a good trip was great.Armand planned our routes for each day in advance, all of which had appropriate coffee and lunch stops. Over the 3 days we went over Col de Vence, Col d'Eze and the iconic Col de Madone. We even managed to lunch in San Remo and do a circuit of the Monaco Grand Prix Circuit.If you are interested in cycling and want to see some fabulous sights along the Cote d'Azor I would have no hesitation in recommending Lifesparkz Bike Tours and Armand.
