Waiver and Participant Agreement
By participating, you agree to:

• Equipment Responsibility: Ensure your bike and helmet are in proper working condition. Repairs made by Lifesparkz staff are not guaranteed.
• Helmet Use: Helmets are recommended and legally required outside urban areas in Spain.
• Compliance with Rules: Follow road regulations and instructions from Lifesparkz guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour.
• Physical Fitness: Confirm you are medically and physically fit for the tour. Use good judgment and seek assistance if needed.
• Phone/Camera Use: Use phones and cameras only during stops. Riding while holding a phone is prohibited.

Risks and Liability
Cycling involves inherent risks, including injury, death, or loss/damage to possessions. Lifesparkz is not liable for any such incidents.

Injury or Illness
In case of injury or illness during the tour, you consent to evacuation or medical treatment at your expense.

Alcohol and Substances
Avoid alcohol or mind-altering substances before and during the tour. Adhere to French and Spanish laws, which permit a maximum blood alcohol level of 0.5 grams per liter.

Photography and Videos
You grant permission for Lifesparkz to capture and use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

Waiver of Liability
By participating, you waive and release any claims against Lifesparkz, its staff, and affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour. Legal disputes are governed by French law.
